How to Unblock a Contact
1. Click Tools >> Options >> Privacy >> Blocked Contacts.
2. Select/highlight the name of the contact you want to unblock, and then click Unblock This Person.
3. Click Save.
4. If you have also removed that contact from your Contact List, you need to resend another invitation to them if you want them back in your list of contacts.
